Starters

Roasted cherry vine tomato & basil soup served with crusty bread & butter
Chicken liver & brandy parfait, red onion marmalade & Melba toast
Prawn & crayfish cocktail with bloody Mary dressing topped with smoked salmon ribbons, served with buttered granary bread  
Grilled Portobello mushroom filled with Mozzarella & sun blush tomato topped with a Parmesan crust with rocket pesto

Mains

Supreme of chicken with a wild mushroom cream sauce, herb crushed potatoes & buttered fine beans
Rump steak,  hand cut chips, garlic mushroom, confit tomato & peppercorn sauce
Fillet of Sea bass with a warm rocket, roasted new potato & cherry vine tomato salad with pinenuts & pesto dressing
Slow braised lamb shoulder, buttery mash, seasonal vegetables & rosemary gravy
Honey roasted butternut squash, chestnut & mushroom risotto topped with parmesan shavings

Desserts

Eton Mess - fresh winter berries with meringue, sweetened whipped double cream & vanilla ice cream 
Bailey's crème brulée with a raspberry daiquiri smoothie
Chocolate brownie, with warm chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream
